Quincy Media announces an immediate opportunity for an Employee Benefits Specialist with leave management responsibilities.
This is a full-time position on our Corporate Human Resources team.

The Employee Benefits Specialist reports to the Director of Human Resources. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years HR/Benefits experience, a background in administering employee benefit plans (BCBS experience a plus), strong knowledge of FMLA, disability and state leave programs, and COBRA. The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with excellent organizational skills is key.
Preferred skills include general knowledge of HR functions, basic accounting skills, expert Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving ability, superior customer service and communications, and software experience with benefits portals.
Education Requirements: 2-year degree in Business, Accounting, HR or related field. Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience.
